HOW TO ORDER
CLICK TO ORDER:
Click on your preferred skull/skeleton to place an order. Add to Cart and go through the necessary steps to complete.
CHOOSE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD:
Our account department will verify the payment information you have provided. Once that is done, they will be contacting you with the payment information you will be needing to make payment. We currently have the following as approved payment options; Apple Pay, Zelle, Bank Transfer (Above $1000), Bitcoin (With 25% discount) and E-Transfer.
If our accounts department has confirmed your payment, you will be immediately notified by email and your order will be forwarded to our shipping department. If your order encounters the slightest anomaly, our customer service will contact you within 48 hours (business days) to inform you of the changes to be made.
PROCESSING AND TRACKING CODE:
Your order is taken care of by our shipping and logistics team. The average preparation time is between 24 and 48 hours depending on the details of your order (method of delivery, type of medical equipment, destination). Before delivering your skull/skeleton to you, you will be mailed a tracking code to monitor your skull/skeleton while in transit.
ONCE YOUR ITEM ARRIVES:
Most of our deliveries are done right to your home address provided when filling the order form. Once your skull/skeleton gets to your locality, you will be notified immediately so you or another person designated by you can be present to receive it. Once your skull/skeleton has been received, you will have to sign documents of complete ownership and transfer.
After placing an order, we will ship it within 1-2 business days. Expedited orders will ship next business day.
We ship Monday – Saturday between 9am and 5pm.
For example, if you place your order on Saturday, our shipping team will work to get it shipped on Monday. If the order is expedited, it is guaranteed to go out Monday.
If we are out of stock on an item, we will email you a notification before we ship the remainder of your order. Please check your inbox for a message from our shipment team if your order has not shipped within 2-3 business days of placing the order. This could also be located in your spam folder. If we don’t hear back from you within 10 business days we will refund the missing item and send the rest of the order.
